Do NOT pick it or try to remove it yourself
Book your infill sooner

Please look after your nails this includes putting cuticle oil on them daily, and using gloves when cleaning and washing up. Please do not use your nails as tools

Repairs are only free within the 72 hour period from the day you had your nails done.
The nails will need to be assessed, I may ask to see photos as-well as a video showing the damage.

If the client has missed the 72 hour period a charge of £5 will be applied for the nail fix

Signs of picking and biting or dehydration will result in a charge as it will not be down to the application

If you require a nail fix using a form this will also be a charge of £5 per nail
